Returns & refunds

We want you to love your earrings. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. Email us at hello@smudges.ie with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it from there.

EU customers If you're ordering from within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU cooling off period. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Please email us at hello@smudges.ie before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return address and get everything organised from there. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a little longer to show it on your end — if 15 business days have passed and you're still waiting, drop us an email.

Sale items & gift cards These are non-refundable.
